Nicole is a movement teacher specializing in women’s core health. She is certified in Restore Your Core®; and has trained in and performed Egyptian bellydance (Raqs Sharqi ) since 1999. Growing up in NYC, and spending time abroad she has enjoyed learning social dances and languages of many places including Mexico, Brazil, and Egypt.
